Sizing

Actual sizing depends on each specific style, but generally follows this size chart. Contact me and I’m happy to send actual measurements of specific garments.

My size is unavailable

If your size is unavailable in a style you’d like to purchase, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate special orders. Turnaround for special orders is generally 3-4 weeks.

If your size is not represented on the size chart, please contact me as extended sizes are possible for most pieces. Honestly, I don’t have a lot of experience in pattern making for extended sizes and it was not included in my education at FIT, but over time I plan to increase the size range. At this time I don’t have the resources to properly fit test extended sizes and grading rules, but most pieces can be custom ordered based on specific measurements.

Try-on boxes

Want to try on before committing? Email round.jane@gmail.com to request a try-on box. We’ll discuss which pieces/sizes you’re interested in trying and we’ll ship it out to you. Keep it for a week and then return the pieces you don’t want. A return shipping label will be included in the box. All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was originally sent in.

Try-on boxes will only be sent to clients with a credit card on file. Merchandise not received back within two weeks or merchandise received damaged will be charged to the card on file.

Shipping

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE: ORDERS FOR READY TO SHIP MERCHANDISE PLACED BY SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12TH AT 6 PM EST WILL SHIP IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. ORDERS PLACED BY SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19TH WILL SHIP ON DECEMBER 20TH AND MAY STILL ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Orders for in stock merchandise will be processed within 2 business days. Orders for made-to-order merchandise will ship within 7-14 business days.

Domestic orders over $75 ship free with USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be sent via email. If you would like to request expedited shipping, please email us to make arrangements.

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $35 via USPS First Class or Priority (country dependent). We will not mark any international package as a ‘gift’ and we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

If there are delays in processing or if the merchandise you ordered is no longer available, you will be contacted via email with the estimated time frame or with suggested substitutions.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase I will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days of receipt. You must contact me within that time frame to initiate a return. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund and the customer is responsible for return shipping. You will be refunded to your original payment method once I have received the merchandise and determined it is in the proper condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact me immediately for return or exchange.

Tax

Orders shipped to addresses in New York will be charged sales tax.
